Yes, Because that's how Bruckner counted (and he was a master in counting
you know:-), and it was so "teh audience" counted for long, as the standard
Schalck, Haas and Nowak editions excluded the Nr.00.  It was first in 1955
Nowaks edition of nr.00 was published.
