Don, I have the disc that I think you are speaking of.  It is on the
L'Oiseau-Lyre label with Hogwood performing 3 suites for harpsichord by
Louis Couperin.  the recording is from 1983 IT is indeed a lovely recording
and the harpsichord is tuned in accordance with Baroque custom.  The tuning
REALLY makes a difference as some of the harmonies are just brilliant and
some sound less than perfect.  (this is how they were intended) Anyway, the
disc is #443 189-2.  Hope I have been of some help!
