I'm not very familiar with the Bax symphonic works, but I do have affection
for his chamber works.  I think that Chandos has issued a couple or more
cd's devoted to his chamber compositions.  At a much lower price, you can
buy a Naxos cd of Bax chamber works for harp which is a fine disc very well
performed.  The catalog number is 8.554507.  That might be a good place to
start to see if you like the composer's music and might want to purchase
more.
