Margaret Mikulska recommended this "practically unknown" Polish Vla Concerto:

For some years now, I've been after a copy of:  Bacewicz, Grazyna (d 69):
Concerti for:  a Orch; b Viola & Orch; c 2 Pnos & Orch; + Pensieri Notturni
for chamber orchestra + Divertimento for Strings.  Rowicki & Warsaw
National Philharmonic (& Chamber) Orchestra ADD OLY 311.

If Bacewicz's viola concerto is anything like the one she composed for
strings, or if her Violin Sonata #4 or the second piano sonata are any
indication, it should be well worth waiting for.
