I managed to locate the Martinon CD which is available in the CD-
Connection, CD-Universe sites and every other on-line store in the WEB.

The reference is: RCA/BMG, High Performance Series, #63315.  You can see
it also in the official bmg.com Site.

So, you will not be tortured anymore!
