Thinking about this recording.  I wonder who decided record this Dvorak
with Fiedler and the BSO.  As far as I know, this is the only recording
Fiedler made with the whole band, (BSO).

I would also like to confirm some of the wonderful recordings Fiedler
did with the Fiedler Sinfonietta.  Not part of the usual POPS repertoire
Fiedler is known for.  He was a musician.  I wonder how he felt about
repeats?
