Alas, too true.  Some of the glitsches are hilarious, but in general the
state of classical listings on the major retailers sites leaves much to be
desired.  Some listings omit performers and just show a minipicture of the
CD cover, with the artists totally illegible.  How is the buyer supposed
to figure it out?

One would think that there would be a move to a standardized listings
format which the label would send with each release that could be shown on
the vendors' sites.  Does anyone know if such a thing is under development?
