The composer is perhaps either Richard Rodney Bennett (b.  1936) or
Robert Russell Bennett.  If it is the former, there is a bio on him at:

Sorry, I don't know the music. The piece you refer to appears to be
titled Abraham Lincoln/Sights & Sound.
