I am in rather urgent need of the answers to the following questions if
anyone is able to help please.

a) Who wrote '5 Waltzes' in the 1920s and then rewrote them in 1969?

b) Which simple, quick waltz tune is the source of Borodin's
'Paraphrases', written in collaboration with others?

c) and d) Which two composers, until 1843, provided rival dance bands
(sic) for the Imperial Court in Vienna?

e) Which Strauss Waltz, originally to have been named 'Hand in Hand',
was composed for the opening of Berlin's Konigsbau in 1889?

f) What is the slowest variation of the waltz, first developed in the
1870s in the USA? It was often danced with the hands on the partner's hips.

Any help will be much appreciated.
