I don't know about this particular performance, but we have a kinescope of
Milstein doing the Mendelssohn in the 1959/1960 television season of the
Chicago Symphony, Walter Hendl conducting.  Just wonderful.  I suspect its
sound track has been out in pirateland for some while.  There may be news
about commercial release of the video by the end of next year.
