HM & DHM were never linked by ownserhip...  DHM was simply set up as the
distributor of HM in Germany; & managed to win the rights to retain the
name in a subsequent court case.  I've read some interviews which suggest
that DH remains displeased with this situation; but there's nothing they
can do about it....
