What sources do listmembers use for very hard-to-find CDs? Are there
no other alternatives to Tower, Amazon, Berkshire, and Ebay?

On a Mahler list, someone is talking about a Das Lied von der Erde
conducted by Richard Burgin and sung by Jenny Tourel...in English. The
recording was said to have been made in 1943. We can't even determine
whether this recording has made it to CD, let alone if it's available.
Any information about this recording, and about sources for those really
tough CDs, would be very welcome.
