How about Baumgartner and the Lucerne Festival Strings: DGG ARC 198142/43
& other numbers.  It came out about 1961 and continued in at least the
German catalogs until 1981.  It's the only DG/Archive other than Richter
that I could find [except for Karjan/Berlin Phil.]
