You can get a copy at The Exclusive in Madison, WI (608-255-7333).  I
don't remember the price but I would think that it will be comparatively
inexpensive.  Ask for Charles Lunde because the person who answers the
phone won't be able to help you at all.  Charles has worked in the
classical business for over 50 years and is very knowledgeable and
reliable.

I have no affiliation with the business, just one who spent most of his
paychecks at the store.
