I hoped Dave will permit me just to correct myself and point out that
I meant "Latin for beard" which is barbus and not "Latin for bear"
which, I'm well aware, is ursus.

Hmmm, on the scale of typos-to-make-oneself-look-idiotic I rate that
about an 8.
