It's at Snape, of course, on the East coast of England near Aldeburgh.  It
is the concert hall for the Aldeburgh Festival which BB and started and
which carries on after his death.  Many of his own recordings were made
there.

Errr....no. But there is a tradition of beer making in that area of
England and the festival purchased an old malt warehouse which they
renovated into the concert hall you see today.  (Though, actually the
original was gutted by fire and they then rebuilt it exactly.)
