I guess Hamilton Hartys "Variations on a Dublin Air" wont count then?

I never remember if he's from Eire or Northern Ireland?

Ps: Did not Alan Bush write some kind of variations on the
"internationale" ore some kind of revulutionary song? I think I read
such in an feature wen AB died a few years ago.
