Don Scarinci asks about LvB on DVD.  I have seen HvK/Berlin' performing
LvB's 9th (Sony) I really can't recommend it since I found the constant
close up shots annoying.  I don't think they ever showed an overall shot
of the orchestra.  Furthermore, having only an hour performance on a single
DVD isn't realizing the long length of this format.  I didn't hear it in
surround, only in 2 channel.
