I can only help you with the sixth.  My fauvorite one is Barbirolli with
the London Symphony Orchestra (EMI 569349-2).  I think that Barbirolly in
this recording reflects all the inner fight that this Symphony needs, the
tempi are a little bit faster than in Chailly with the Royal Concertgebow
(DECCA 444871-2) that is in my opinion another good option.  Chailly falls
in the temptation of being more effectist than Barbirolly, but nevertheless
the recording is impressive.

With Barbirolli's recording you also get the best recording of Strauss "Ein
heldenleben".
