And Canadian Bravo broadcast it last Saturday.  Compelling tv indeed.
Scherchen has a marvellously expressive and elegant stick technique.
Interesting to see him ticking off an oboist for "fuming" (i.e.  smoking)
during the "repetition".

The more I hear his orchestration of the AoF, the better it sounds.  This
is really quite my favourite version of the work now.
