I was in that very pub yesterday afternoon and forced a pint down my throat
whilst I was there. (All in the spirit of research, of course.) It was a
pity that the pub hi-fi system was playing Nat King Cole! However, this
was more than forgotten by hearing the slow movement from the Serenade for
Strings whilst standing in the very room where Elgar was born and then
gazing out on the gardens on a perfect English midsummer's day to the
strains of Dream Children. The Birthplace museum has its own hi-fi system.

Back on topic, I suppose that with Webern you would need to drink only
short measures.
