I don't know anything about Windows Mobile, but most PalmOS music
applications are guitar-centred.  Fortunately, there are a few that
are not, and this is definitely the one you need for PalmOS:

A rather less sophisticated package, but 2/3 the price, is:

Both these applications are pretty amazing at squeezing a lot onto a
tiny screen!
