Many, many thanks for the reference and for the update on his whereabouts.
I too am very fond of Suvi Raj.  His description of Klemperer in the Art of
Conducting video is priceless, as he says in his wonderful Indian accent:
"There was no such thing as a Klemperer tempo.  With Klemperer, the tempo
was decided by the circumstances." I was saddened by his passing and now
even more about how he felt due to racism in Spain.  I think it's time for
me to re-read his book.
