There are some "live" recordings of Haitink from Philips.  There is the box
of Mahler symphonies (all but 8 and 6) taken from the Amsterdam Christmas
concerts, for example.  There was also a 70th birthday tribute box
available in Holland only taken from Dutch radio archives.
