Janos Gereben asks about a Sutherland trio finale from Faust which he heard:

>... The big, embarrassing question is who in the devil was the Devil,
>and who sang that twerp, Faust -- given that the tenor was definitely
>neither Pavarotti nor Domingo, either of whom I would have recognized
>under the circumstances.

The Decca/London Faust [recorded in 1966] had Sutherland, Corelli and
Ghiaurov as the protagonists with Bonynge conducting the Ambrosians and
the LSO.
