Ansermet's Saint-Saens Third was indeed on CD in several different
incarnations.  I don't recall if it made the Ansermet box set that Decca
put out sometime ago, but I would be surprised if it didn't.  I had a
London 'Weekend Classics' issue that I bought for $3.99.  I then did my
own LP transfer and liked it better.  I'll gladly send you a copy Joe.
