One good repository of reviews is Gramophone magazine's Gramofile archive:

For heaven's sake don't pay any attention to the review of Pletnev's
Beethoven on the site you mention in your original email.  Just to
establish my bonafides, I find both Mengelberg and Furtwangler fascinating
in Beethoven, but Pletnev's distortions are beyond the pale.  Caveat
emptor!
