A little less than two weeks ago I suffered a significant injury to my
left hand.  Though there was no major structural damage, the soft tissues
have been very slow to heal.  In fact, there doesn't seem to be much
progress towards closing the wound for the last week or so.  Therefore,
on the advice of my doctor, I'm taking a few days off from all computer
usage, including maintaining the list.

I know this might sound pretty serious, but it's not really a big deal.
There's no infection or other complications - it's just been slow to heal
properly.  I need to keep it as immobile as possible for a couple of days,
so I will once again be distributing messages to the list starting Tuesday,
March 21.

In the meantime, please feel free to submit your posts.  They will not be
lost.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.
