Ives' Fourth with a quarter-tone piano? Where does this come from? I know
that there are some microtonal string slides in there, but I've never heard
it done with a re-tuned piano.

For quarter-tone pianos in an orchestra I would suggest Alois Haba's
opera "Mother." When I produced my recordings I didn't include anything
microtonal.
