Being a refugee from Tower Records too, I asked list members some
two months ago for recommendations for on line classical music shops.
Several recommendations were made. Martin Richard recommended Berkshire
Record Outlet (berkshirerecordoutlet.com) (Thank you Martin!). I tried
them recently and was delighted with the speed of service and especially
the prices. I have now placed a second order. The only disadvantage is
that one cannot listen to the CDs before ordering.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that they stock the Hyperion label
Series 'The Romantic Piano Concerto'. This series which now runs into
the forties, have recordings of lesser known romantic piano concertos.
The recordings are all of very high quality, and over the years I have
bought a number of them. Unfortunately, they are expensive: The price
of a single CD in local stores here in South Africa varies between the
equivalent of American $19 - $29! But I see that Berkshire advertises
them at $7.00. So, if you like romantic piano concertos, have a look.
You won't be disappointed.
