I have just acquired a live recording of Milstein playing the Mendelssohn
Concerto with Walter conducting the Philharmonic-Symphony Orchestra of
New York.  This is a promo CD put out by Sony through their Masterworks
Heritage label and as such has no details of the date or place of the
performance other than to say that it was originally released in 1947.
Does anyone out there in listland know the when and where? Thanks in
advance.
