The composer was Samuel Gerhard.  The full title is "Requiem for Survivors,
and Suddenly It's Evening," for Orchestra.  I don't think this work was
recorded, but the score was published in 1976 by Belwin-Mills Pub. Corp in
Melville, New York.  It is 28 pages and the duration of the piece is about
18 minutes.
