I replied to Art Scott,

I did find that one exists, performed by Roger Woodward on a CD called
"Little Masterpieces" (track 16):

Any others? That one seems to be available only as part of a very large
collection of Woodward's recordings. It isn't so important to me that
I find it, but I'm curious enough that I'd probably buy an inexpensive
recording.

Has anyone here heard a piano version of it? Ever?

Rick
