Yi-Hsin Lin asks:

Nielsen flute concerto
Rodrigo Concierto pastorale
Poulenc Flute sonata (orch. Lennox Berkeley)
Jolivet flute concerto
Ibert flute concerto (I'm personally not wild about it, but it seems popular)
Foss Renaissance Concerto for flute
Bloch Suite modale
Hindemith Concerto for flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and harp
Liebermann flute concerto
Arnold (2) flute concerti
Jacob flute concerto
Holst A Fugal Concerto
Rouse flute concerto
Holmboe (2) flute concerti
Weinberg flute concerto

I know nothing about sheet music availability. I can tell you that these
are some of the modern concerti I've heard.
