It's been several years since my trips to the Concertgebouw, but I do
recall that their HIP series (different visiting groups from several
places in Europe) was advertised as sold out months in advance.

It's interesting that the Boston Music Viva is still going--it's been over
20 years since I discovered their two wonderful Delos LP's, and almost as
long since they sent me any reject notices.
