How about:

* Bizet L'Arlesienne Suite No. 1, 1st movment
* Tchaikovsky Nutcracker, Drosselmeyer's Arrival and Distribution of
Presents (5th track)

Prokofiev frequently used saxophones, e.g.  "Romeo and Juliet".  Also,
saxophones play prominantly in Vaughn Williams' 6th and 9th Symphonies.
