In only know of one, by Christopher Butterfield (who just happens to work
at the University of Victoria).  I've had a copy for some time, but for
years it was unavailable commercially (presumably because of the disputes
over Schwitters' estate).

It has been commercially released now, but I'm not sure of the label.
Anyone?
