I once saw a copy of a rather large format score, it was probably a full
score in Editions de l'Oiseau-Lyre, seems that it was published in Monaco.
Some of the other recordings on the L'Oiseau-Lyre label were also published
by this source.  For some reason the name Louise P.  or Louise D.  Dyer
comes to mind.  Perhaps that is the name of the owner of the publishing co.
You might try asking the Rodgers and Hammerstein Archive at the New York
Public Library, Lincoln Center.
