Thanks to Nick for providing the "top 100" list.  It was interesting to
browse.  Although I would not want to micro-criticize a list of this
magnitude, my long-view comments are:

   a.  British conductors fared very well from this British periodical.
   b.  Being "dead" gives a conductor additional points.
   c.  Points are subtracted for HIP associations.
