Tony Duggan waxes astrophysically:

>This Thursday sees the first performance of "Pluto" by Colin Matthews
>- his "completion" of Holst's Planets Suite.

I for one would be VERY interested in a report from Tony (or anyone else
lucky enough to get the Beeb) on what this turns out to be like. There
seems to be a great deal of "I think this is what the composer must have
meant" in completing 'unfinished' works of late and I'm curious as to
whether this sounds Holstian or Mathews-like!
