*Musical Temperaments*, a booklet with CD-ROM by Erich Neuwirth, is
available from Springer Verlag.  It has a bit of what you ask for.  (Also
published in German & perhaps other languages.  See http://www.springer.at)

You might also poke around in the Just Intonation Network,
http://www.dnai.com/~jinetwk, which has lots of links that might be
helpful.
