I want to thank everybody, who answered my question about Alan Hovhaness.
In the meantime I laid my hands on a disc with the Symphony #11 ("All
men are brothers"), the prayer of St.  Gregory, 1st Armenien rhapsody
and Tzaikerk.  I was mightily impressed by this fascinating music.
I will continue to look for more music by this wonderful composer.
