Another unfortunate coincidence was that I arranged for a performance for
Dec 8th 1998 of Arthur Butterworth's fourth symphony to celebrate his 75th
birthday and on the same day ClassicO made the first commercial recording
on any of his symphonies (the First) so he was unable to attend the
sessions.
