Having already made it, she's sunk almost all the cost she needs to
these days.  She should consider publishing it through iTunes for a modest
price, and then letting word of mouth, links on blogs and search engines
bring in whatever business there might be out there.

If making money from it is not her ambition, perhaps she could upload a
copy to the Internet Archive, and let them bear the cost of making it
available to anyone who's interested.
