I consider the Stamitz Quartet top of the line in this repertoire - fully
idiomatic, exciting, and technically superb.  With a price of $50., you
can't miss out on this set.

That depends how much you like Dvorak.  Personally, I couldn't be as happy
with a selection as with all of them.  Get them all!  Then, you decide
which you like best.  It's only $50.  You get 10 great cds for $5 each.
