Last week I posted:

Today (Nov.18) the NY Times published a correction to the article, stating
that "early in his career" Furtwangler did indeed perform "several" of the
symphonies.

You wanna bet six months down the line somebody will come up again with
this, perhaps designed-to-be-censorious, warp of Furtwangler's reputation?
