One advantage to a set large enough to include all Mozart works, is that it
keeps them together. I spent a great deal of time and effort getting my
first complete Mozart collection of the "best" performances.

After I obtained the complete Philips set, I remember thinking I should
have built my collection the other. Start with the Phillips complete works,
then seek out the best copies of the music I enjoyed most.

The Philips set helped me to keep track of all the works. My other
collections made it difficult to find some works because they were appended
to works on CD's that were out of order.
