Fifi's bio would have more unpartial comments than the wife's, LOL, but on
the other end, hard to want to nickpick on such a genial man.  The booklet
that came with the TAHRA collection "M.in Amsterdam" was also generous with
the maestro's own memories.  the info on his son was quite a nice addition
