There is the Ax/Ormandy collaboration on RCA Gold Seal at the incredible
price of $5.99.  Recorded in the 70's-early 80's i believe.

I would definitely look for the Concerto No. 2 with Bella Davidovich at
the piano, (LSO/Marriner)--what poetic piano playing.  It is out of print,
but if you are in a used CD store....

It's one of my favorite recordings.
