For several years I've been working on my own application for cataloging
my CDs, Il catalogo (cue Leporello in your head).  Besides just cataloging
the collection, I've added support for ripping CDs to a portable hard
drive and launching a player.  That way I can take may entire collection
to work and easily pick what to listen to.

I've created a web site at http://ilcatalogo.wiki.sourceforge.net/
